From this belief, Futures has been born, a unique way to completely support every young person into the future they deserve. Our Futures Programme is designed to deliver unlimited aspiration and endless opportunities for every child and young person. We work closely with over 100 employer partners to provide opportunities for young people to gain real-life experience in the workplace. Working with brands such as John Lewis, Microsoft, Roadchef and Liverpool FC, we have supported over 300 work experience placements, which have provided our young people with the opportunity to develop employability skills, confidence and professionalism. We provide Ambassador Sessions, with the aim to provide our young people with valuable insights into various industries and the range of career opportunities they offer. This allows young people to explore different options and discover careers that they might not have previously considered. Taster sessions allow pupils to gain an understanding of what certain roles might entail.
